You have to buy the Sanrio Villagers Amiibo Card pack and invite the villagers to come live on your island through the campsite.

A friend of mine is currently bombing me with Hello Kitty items as a joke, I think she KNOWs I don't like the color pink and this a joke, you're welcome to them! LOL
